    • Finalize the interior finishes, millwork and appliance to giving you a more accurate look at cost and the built environment

    • Our construction team works closely with our designers throughout the build, ensuring every detail of your final design is carried out with precision

    • We keep you actively involved at every step of construction, so decisions can be made quickly and confidently without slowing down progress

    • We stay on top of budget and schedule through the natural ebb and flow of construction, adjusting as needed to keep your project on track

  • Move-In

Joshua Mohn, RA

Joshua is driven by a simple question: how do we interact with the world around us?

For him, architecture is really about the client's experience, creating spaces that feel right for how people live.

With ten years of experience in high-end residential design, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project.

When he's not in the studio, you'll likely find him behind a camera or out climbing and skiing, pursuits that keep his eye tuned to light, space, and the natural world.

Brandon Lutz, GC

Brandon believes humans have an innate need to connect with nature, and that principle guides his approach to design.

With 12 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture and another 10 in woodworking and construction, he brings together design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing to create functional, meaningful spaces.

His background bridges the gap between concept and execution, combining architecture and construction into a cohesive, hands-on process.

Outside of work, Brandon can usually be found in the shop building custom furniture, sharing a beer with friends, or exploring the woods through hiking and fishing.
