About Mutz

For us, architecture is all about people. We listen closely to understand how you live, work, and experience your space.

Joshua Mohn, RA

Joshua is driven by a simple question: how do we interact with the world around us?

For him, architecture is really about the client's experience, creating spaces that feel right for how people live.

With ten years of experience in high-end residential design, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project.

When he's not in the studio, you'll likely find him behind a camera or out climbing and skiing, pursuits that keep his eye attuned to light, space, and the natural world.

Brandon Lutz, GC

Brandon believes humans have an innate need to connect with nature, and that principle guides his approach to design.

With 12 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture and another 10 in woodworking and construction, he brings together design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing to create functional, meaningful spaces.

By combining a background of architecture and construction, Brandon bridges the gap between concept and execution into a cohesive, hands on process.

Outside of work, Brandon can usually be found in the shop building custom furniture, sharing a beer with friends, or exploring the woods through hiking and fishing.
